To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Our customer service team will provide you instructions for sending your item(s) back to us.
3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure that it is in new, unused condition and that all original packaging and tags are included.
4. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or ship out the exchanged product as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, for health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, such as feeding bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps and such.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as needed.
